Muay Thai Fights
I was given complete artistic license with this project and an extremely tight budget. I wasn't given any of the materials that you would normally expect, so I had to create everything from scratch until I could talk some of the sponsors out of a couple of low-resolution pics. I spent a lot of time fixing the materials I WAS given and though it was stressful, the project was a huge sucess and the event was a blast.

FINAL - This was the first and final draft of the logo used by the new fight production company
.They came to me with three weeks to pull this entire event together and they had no pictures, no ideas how it was going to work, and gave me complete artisitic license, but nothing to work with. This is where I started.

These standard club promotional cards were a big hit. We had just enough to hand out.

Another Cheetah promotional poster for the largely successful after hours party.

This is the poster used to promote the Cheetah after hour party.
In addition to the after hour party, the Cheetah Girls displayed the round cards between rounds.

Once I finally got the promotional pictures for the higher profile fighters, I was able to produce this poster for a separate but similar event. Both events sold out and were a great success.

I was given the task of creating this poster with no information about the event.. They couldn't get confirmation of the fighters or the promopters until just before the event. Within a week, we were able to turn out 1500 full size posters.
People were taking them to put up at home or in their gym.

This looks backwards only because it is. When this is printed on lenticular stock, the words in the middle in focus will appear to hover in 3d with the fighter's leg sticking way out in front of the words while his body is way behind. In addition, the black border is set in front of the rest of the content so it acts like a 3D frame. THe overall effect came out great. Also, since the yellow circle was only printed on two frames of the 3D image, you would only see them when you rotated all the way to one side. when the leg was fully extended. Unfortunately due to time constraints, we had to print them on our own printer and couldn't produce very many. Still, the effect was amazing and the event coordinators had their copies framed.

This was the artwork I was able to grab from the web for a high end gentleman's club in Atlanta that was sponsoring the after hour party for the event. The image on the left was the best quality they could give me. I came up with the image on the right.

Since the management at Cheetah had never had a vector-based (scalable) version of their logo, all of their promotional materials came out blocky and looked terrible. Although I wasn't working for Cheetah, I produced this contact sheet and provided them with an .eps copy for future work.

This was one of the cheetah models that originally was just holding the edge of her blouse. I manipulated the hands and placed the new logo to cover any indecency. I filtered the image considerably and aplied a slight vignette after isolating the woman from her background. This is the tasteful, but sexy end result.
